With the aim of strengthening partnership in the field of developing legal awareness Agreement between UKF and Tahkeem

Within the framework of University of Khorfakkan (UFK), to consolidate the importance of standing on the latest legal practices, and contributing to raising and developing legal awareness, the university signed a cooperation agreement with Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center "Tahkeem", by His Excellency Prof. Ahmed Al-Shammaa, chancellor of the University, and His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Daifis, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre. The terms of the agreement stipulate joint cooperation between the two parties in exchanging academic experiences and various professional capabilities, preparing seminars and joint training courses to train students of the College of Law, raise their scientific and practical competence and prepare them for the labor market, in addition to cooperation in organizing joint initiatives and projects between the two parties to contribute to spreading the culture of arbitration and raising awareness of its importance in the scope of settling various commercial disputes.
