A Field Trip to Al Sharqiya Kalba TV

The Department of Communication from University of Khorfakkan organized a field trip to Al Sharqiya Kalba TV (SBA) for its students. The trip aims to enable the students to link theory and practice, develop insights as well as gain the practical experience needed to build 21st century skills. During the visit, many discussions were presented such as, modern theory and real-world practice, they also explored a variety of topics, including media, intercultural communication, radio production, newspapers and new media production. In the presence of Professor Gaffar Attah ElManan, Dean of the college of Arts and science and IT, along with Dr. Humaid Al Zaabi, lecturer at the Department of Communication.
