STUDENTS OF SHARIA AND LAW ON A FIELD VISIT TO KHORFAKKAN FEDERAL PRIMARY COURT

The college conducted the field visit for students of Executive Procedures Course, supervised by Prof. Bashar AL Momani, associate professor in the college. The students attended some cases including pleadings, deliberations, conflict resolution and reconciliation, also they got to know sentencing mechanism. As well as, introducing them to the tasks and duties of the notary which includes verifying the authenticity of documents, witnessing when signing legal documents, and the working mechanism of public and private agencies within and outside the country
