Prepare certified copies and approvals before you submit. Having everything ready keeps your application moving without delays.

Submit clean, legible scans or certified copies. Keep originals for verification when you arrive on campus.

Medical fitness form

Complete the health fitness form with your name, university ID, and photo attached.

  • Copy of student passport (valid).
  • Copy of UAE National Family Registry for local students.
  • Copy of residence visa for non-local students (valid).
  • Certified copy of Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Four recent passport-size colored photographs.
  • Health Fitness Certificate completed at UKF Hospital, clinic, or UAE government authority.
  • Copy of Good Conduct Certificate (valid).
  • Copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Copy of UAE National Identity Card (valid).
  • Copy of mother’s passport.
  • AED 250 cash application fees (non-refundable).

International students

Equivalency and acceptance proof help us align your credentials with UAE standards.

  • Proof of completing 12 years of school.
  • Certified Grade 10, 11, and 12 certificates plus graduation diploma.
  • Equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education.
  • Proof that the High School Certificate is accepted by government universities in the issuing country, plus equivalency from the UAE Ministry of Education.
UAE National male students must submit a National Service completion or no-objection letter. Kuwaiti national students need a no-objection letter from the Consulate General of Kuwait (Cultural Office) specifying the approved program.
Authentication

Keep documents certified and ready for review

Follow the stamping and attestation steps so your documents are accepted the first time.

  • Certificates issued inside the UAE must be authenticated by the issuing institution and the UAE Ministry of Education or Education Zone.
  • Certificates issued outside the UAE must be authenticated by the official education authority, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy (or the home-country embassy plus UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
